Welcome! My name is Rosie, the creator behind LIttle Dreamers Activities.

About me | Little Dreamers Activities

I’ve worked as a daycare teacher, an Elementary teacher, and now as a Parent Support Specialist at a non-profit center. I have my Bachelors Degree in Education and Associates Degree in Math & Science. I remember in Elementary school always wanting to be one of the first ones finished with my work so that I was able to go help others in the class (could be that I couldn’t sit or stay quiet for that long so I found a way to get to visit with friends and not get in trouble). This lead me to going back to school after having my baby to become a teacher. While I was in school I worked at a daycare to get experience working with kids.

At the end of my last year teaching I started getting into creating a blog because I love to write and never really had any reasons to create anything. With starting a lifestyle blog and my new position as a Parent Support Specialist I decided to create a new website and that is where Little Dreamers Activities got started.

While teaching in the classroom I fell in love with making worksheets for my class when I wasn’t able to find exactly what I was looking for online. I regretfully erased all of them when I left teaching. My job now is working with parents with young kids birth to 5 years. I started looking up ideas and sending out newsletters for my parents that were fun and educational activities for their kids, and like when I was teaching, I would alter them to my liking and make them more purposeful in teaching developmental skills along the way.

Combining my love of teaching and creating printables, I decided to start creating activities for toddlers and preschoolers. Here at Little Dreamers Activities you will find ideas for print and go activities and little to no prep activities for busy on the go moms. I wanted to find ways for a mom to spend time with their child as well as ways for them to teach their young child the skills that they will use and need in the future for school readiness.

I hope you stay awhile and check out what we have here at Little Dreamers. Please don’t be afraid to comment about what you see so I know what is and isn’t working for moms like you.

Here is what we can do for you

SAVE YOU TIME

I started Little Dreamers Activities to create a place that will save you from spending hours searching for the right activities for your kids. I want to save you from getting lost in the world of Pinterest, where if you’re like me you get side tracked and end up finding yourself in a whole new category of interesting ideas.

I am really good at finding new ways to play with old toys and I want to share these ideas with you. I can spend an endless about of time creating fun printables and I want to share them with you as I get them created.
